Be ready. Life happens.

A practical plan for family caregivers who want to help each other.

Would you invest a few hours of your time to make it easier for your family to help?

After all, it’s only a matter of time before an emergency interrupts your life.

Imagine the peace of mind
that comes from having a trained team
who is eager to help each other when “it” happens.

Reduce the negative impact of unexpected life events in three simple steps.

Organize important documents.

Create a resource binder.

Train your team.

Enjoy the peace of mind that ONLY COMES from being prepared:

  • Reduce stress and save loved ones hours of precious time by organizing important documents

  • Prevent family disputes by sharing resources and communicating advanced decisions

  • Coordinate planning activities and feel safe and supported by an empowered team of caregivers

Family caregiving is deeply personal to me.

Nothing prepared me for losing both my parents within eight months—my mom to Alzheimer’s and my dad to lung cancer—leaving me in the “dark night of the soul.”

I felt the lack of adequate support and saw that many others in similar situations were struggling too.

Seeking relief, I turned to ancient wisdom and religious and philosophical teachings, to craft a set of tools to navigate life’s most difficult moments with ease and grace.

Personally, these tools have helped me thrive during my husband’s five-year journey with Stage IV cancer. Professionally, after reserving them for my private clients, it’s time to share them with you.

Welcome, I’m Cindy Arledge, and I’m here to help.
