Family caregiving is deeply personal to me.
Nothing prepared me for losing both my parents within eight months—my mom to Alzheimer’s and my dad to lung cancer—leaving me in the “dark night of the soul.”
I felt the lack of adequate support and saw that many others in similar situations were struggling too.
Seeking relief, I turned to ancient wisdom and religious and philosophical teachings, to craft a set of tools to navigate life’s most difficult moments with ease and grace.
Personally, these tools have helped me thrive during my husband’s five-year journey with Stage IV cancer. Professionally, after reserving them for my private clients, it’s time to share them with you.
